Anchor Roofing LLC Project Manager Weston Finch

Weston Finch

Project Manager

Serving: Greeley, Longmont, Loveland, And Northern Colorado

What got you into the roofing industry?

My biggest drive for entering the roofing industry was because of my desire to serve people. Through my work with Anchor, I am able to assist, serve, and come next to others on a daily basis. I believe this “serving” mentality is one that is essential to this industry as is the significance of valuing those we serve.

In your own words, what is the Anchor Roofing Difference?

The Anchor Roofing Difference is rooted in the way we view our customers. Customers are treated like family. As communication and respect are essential characteristics and qualities of any family, so it is at Anchor. This is the foundation of who we are.

What do you love about your job?

In addition to serving my customers, I love the variability of my job. This ranges from the people I serve, to the people I work with, to the different types of jobs. Each day presents new opportunities and new challenges!

What takes up your time outside of Anchor Roofing?

My beautiful wife and three beautiful daughters. Spontaneous and unannounced dance performances are commonplace in our home! Outside of our home, we enjoy camping and being with friends and family. I have also developed a real love (and hatred) for the game of golf.

What advice would you give to someone trying to determine a roofer for their roof replacement?

It is so important to find a roofer who is willing to be absolutely honest and forthright. I think it is equally important to find a roofer who is available and works to understand how you would like to be served as a customer. Always check reviews and find a roofer who is willing and able to provide references upon request.

Work with Weston Throughout the Entire Process

Have you ever been sold a service and felt buyer’s remorse throughout the entire process? In the roofing industry, that can be very common. And we’ve found that the #1 reason this happens is because homeowners are usually passed from the sales rep, to an account manager, and to another account manager (in some cases 4 to 5 employees!). All the while important information about your home is lost in translation, expectations are not met, and another poor roofing experience is created.

That’s why Weston will be your one Project Manager throughout the entire processFrom the initial inspection to the final walkthrough, you will work only with Weston. We run our roofing business the way we would personally liked to be treated. And we know you will appreciate the same level of service.
